The Wisdom range is inspired by the wise words of Jack Mann, legendary Houghton winemaker who presided over winemaking for 51 consecutive vintages. The finest fruit is sourced from vineyards in all of the premium viticultural areas across Western Australia, to craft exceptional wines that truly reflect their regional origins.

GRAPE VARIETY: Cabernet Sauvignon (96.6%), Malbec (3.4%)

COLOUR: Brilliant dark red with a vibrant red hue.

NOSE: Intense aromatics, black currant and dried herbs combine with mocha and tobacco. Maturation in French oak provides savoury vanillin and pastry notes to the wine.

PALATE: The palate is intense, supple and linear. Flavours of black currant and dark berry fruits prevail with hints of vanillin and spice. This wine has a long, finely structured palate with fine tannins that drive the length of the wine.
