Vintage 2018 Review

Brookland Valley 2018 Vintage Update
by Brookland Valley Viticulturist Steve Kirby
After plentiful winter rain the growing season turned out perfect. Warm dry days with cool nights allowed the fruit to ripen in its own time. The vines grew strong and healthy canopies and the moderate yields cause the berries to be full of flavour. The lack of summer rain led to minimal disease pressures and fruit was harvested when it reached it full flavour potential
